As Brittany got closer, she noticed the tiny ball of grey fur, crying out. The kitten was laying all by itself in the grass. Brittany first checked with nearby residences to see if anyone claimed to be missing a kitten.
"The homeowner said she hadn't seen the kitten before, and there were some strays in the woods. I told her I'd try to get the kitten to safety and she offered me a towel," Brittany continued.

The adorable stray didn't run in fear, she just kept meowing. And as Brittany squatted down beside her, the kitten got up and walked straight to her, as if she was ready to be taken care of.

"I picked her up and wrapped her tightly in the towel so we could get down the road. She rode comfy the whole way," Brittany tells LoveMeow.

Brittany decided to name the adorable little kitten Bubbles. When Bubbles was found, she was just skin and bones, malnourished, and in desperate need of a bath. No one knows how Bubbles came to be in the woods but now she was safe.

"She had a bath and some food, and the baby had a whole lot to talk about. It almost seemed like she was losing her voice because she'd been crying for so long." Despite it all, Bubbles was in good spirits and often tried to seek affection.

"Bubbles wants nothing more than a snuggle buddy. She will play but she really wants to be in a lap," Brittany told Love Meow. "She wants love all the time. She's quite the cuddle-bug."

Bubbles is now a happy kitten who has good food to eat, a friend to cuddle with and a roof over her precious head.
